The Problem:

AHA wanted to make a bigger impact at their event by moving beyond passive engagement. How could we inspire attendees to take meaningful action for their heart health—not just at the event, but long after it ended?

 

The Solution:

Create an interactive, multi-touchpoint campaign that encouraged attendees to make a personal heart-health pledge while reinforcing their commitment through beautifully designed, shareable reminders.

 

Key Components:

  • Seamless Digital Engagement – Designed and developed a microsite where attendees could make a pledge online when RSVPing to the event.

  • Immersive On-Site Activation – Built a large, visually compelling event booth where guests could make a pledge in person via iPads, drawing attention with a striking display of pledges received so far.

  • Campaign Longevity – Expanded the microsite into a full website, allowing anyone to make a pledge at any time, extending the campaign’s impact beyond the event.

  • Personalized Commitment – Transformed each pledge into a modern graphic design, turning words into a visual reminder of their commitment to heart health.

  • Merchandise with Meaning – Designed a collection of custom products—mugs, t-shirts, water bottles, gym towels, and journals—featuring each participant’s pledge, reinforcing their commitment while supporting the cause.
