The Problem:

How do we create a unified access point for the growing ecosystem of digital products at DCP while also providing training resources, feedback channels, and idea submission capabilities?

 

The Solution:

Build a comprehensive platform that not only houses all digital applications but also serves as a knowledge base, communication channel, and innovation hub for employees across the organization.

 

Key Components:

  • Centralized Application Portal – Created a single location where employees could easily find and launch any of the digital products in the ecosystem.

  • Integrated Training Resources – Incorporated easily accessible product documentation, tutorials, and training materials to support user adoption.

  • Feedback Submission System – Implemented channels for users to submit feedback, report issues, and suggest improvements for existing products.

  • Customer Support Integration – Provided direct access to customer service and technical support for all digital products.

  • Innovation Suggestion Platform – Established a mechanism for employees to submit ideas for new helpful products, fostering a culture of innovation.
